EARTH WEEK MIAMI Terms and Conditions

Contract Overview:
These terms and conditions ('Agreement') constitute the entire agreement between you, the client ('you' and 'your'), and The ECO Channel ('we,' 'us,' and 'our'). The Agreement governs the utilization of our services, including meeting enrollment as mentioned in the booking form.

Non-Transferability:
You, your officials, and your specialists may not transfer or assign any rights or commitments of this Agreement, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. Any attempt to transfer or assign rights without our permission will entitle us to cancel the Agreement without any obligation to compensate you.

Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. 

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and representations (except in the case of fraudulent misrepresentation), whether oral or in writing. The terms of any other electronic communications will not form part of this Agreement.

Liability:
The ECO Channel will not be held responsible for any loss of property after the event. Participants are advised to take care of their belongings.

Event Rescheduling:
If the event is canceled or the location is changed due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the event, including changing the location. If the event is not rescheduled within 12 months, your refund will not exceed the total amount received by us.

Payment Terms:
The full amount is required to be paid within 5 working days from signing the registration form by invoice bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellations:
No cancellation requests will be entertained, and payments once made are non-refundable.
If a delegate cannot attend the event, they may authorize someone to attend on their behalf.
Sponsors and exhibitors cannot cancel, but they will be credited with the benefit of using the already paid event fee at any upcoming The ECO Channel event within a year (in the form of a credit note).

Data Protection and Privacy:
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the data protection laws of the United States. By registering for our events, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data for the following purposes:
1. Event Administration: Managing your participation in the event.
2. Marketing and Promotions: Sending you information about our events, products, and services that may be of interest to you.

3. Third-Party Sharing: Sharing your data with our partners and sponsors for their own marketing purposes.
4. Research and Analysis: Conducting market research and analyzing attendee demographics to improve our events and services.
You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time by contacting us. However, please note that opting out will not affect our ability to send you administrative communications related to your participation in the event.

Health and Safety:
All participants must comply with the health and safety regulations of the United States. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who does not comply with these regulations. Participants are also encouraged to adhere to any specific health guidelines or protocols in place during the event.

Force Majeure:
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

Insurance:
Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance covering personal liability and property. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or for any personal injury sustained during the event.

Compliance with Local Regulations:
All participants must adhere to the local laws and regulations of the United States. Any behavior that violates these laws may result in immediate expulsion from the event without any refund.

Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to you in writing and will become effective immediately upon such notification.
